- The Group Visit Interest Form must be submitted at least two weeks in advance to receive the group rate.
- Group rates apply for parties of 12 or more and must be paid in one transaction. If your final reservation number falls below 12, you will pay the full admission price.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to
groups@lhf.org.
- To reschedule the date of your visit, contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled visit date at
groups@lhf.org or (515) 278-5286 ext. 123.
