When does my membership start?

Immediately. All purchases made online or via phone receive a confirmation email that serves as a temporary card.

When will I receive my membership card?

Cards are mailed up to 14 days after you renew or purchase your membership. You will immediately receive a confirmation email which serves as a temporary card when you renew or purchase your membership online.

When does my membership expire?

All memberships expire at the end of the month a year from purchase. All membership renewals are extended a year from the current expiration date.

I can’t find my membership card and I’d like to visit today. What should I do?

You may present a valid photo ID for entry to Living History Farms. To help ensure a smooth check-in, please email members@lhf.org and we’ll be happy to help.

I think I’ve lost my membership card. What should I do?

There is a $5 fee to reprint TRI and LHF/BPZ cards. There’s no fee to reprint LHF/SCI and LHF-only cards at this time. Please send us an email at members@lhf.org to start the process to send you new cards.

Where can I find my membership ID number?

On LHF issued cards, the membership ID number is under your name. On SCI issued cards (LHF/SCI Combos), the membership ID number is the patron ID. On BPZ issued cards (TRI and LHF/BPZ Combos), the membership ID number is under the barcode.

How does the day camp discount work for each membership level?

To receive the day camp discount for members, the purchaser of camp must be a current member of Living History Farms. For One Plus One members, the discount applies for one child in the household. For Family, Grandparent, Family Plus, and Grandparent Plus members, the discount applies for only the children or grandchildren covered under the membership.

What is the refund policy for membership to Living History Farms?

LHF-only and combo memberships (LHF/BPZ, LHF/SCI, and TRI) are non-refundable.

What is the Time Travelers discount?

The discount for members of museums participating in Time Travelers is a $1.00 off general admission. You must present your membership card to receive the discount.

Can I upgrade my membership to include the Blank Park Zoo or Science Center?

Yes, but it depends on when your membership is up for renewal. To inquire about upgrading your membership, please send an email to members@lhf.org with your current ID number and current level (from your membership card).

I’m a member of a group. Can I purchase a membership for my group?

No, at this time our membership program is designed for individuals and families.

I own a day care. Can I purchase a membership for the day care?

No, at this time our membership program is designed for individuals and families.

Are there guidelines for visiting Living History Farms?

Yes, we have a museum code of conduct that all guests, including members, must follow. You can read this online, on our kiosks in the Visitor Center, or you may ask the admissions clerk for a copy when you check in. Code of Conduct
