Youth Group Reservations

The following visit and program options are available to preschool and day care providers, scout groups, and other youth groups.

Self-Guided Group Visit (May – October)

Group pricing is available for groups of 12 or more. To qualify for group pricing, you must pay for your admissions in one lump sum. To get started, fill out the group visit interest form at least two weeks in advance. If you have questions, please email groups@lhf.org or call 515.278.5286 ext. 123.

Exploration Programs

Available select dates April, November, and December 

Exploration programs are an in-depth experience, designed to give students a deeper understanding of the history of farming and rural life in Iowa. All programs are 2 or 3 hours in length and require 3 adults (teacher plus two additional adults). Reservations must be made at least three weeks in advance, and are subject to availability. Details
