Please note that your program has not been reserved until you have heard back from a Living History Farms representative.

Custom programs can be developed as staffing and expertise allow, with a minimum of 30 days advanced notice. Programs range in price based upon program requirements, with a minimum fee of $200.00 for a two hour program.


History Speaker Program Request Form

  • - Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. You may make requests regarding what you would like to see and do, but there is no guarantee that these requests can always be honored. Reservations must be made 30 days in advance.
    - Payment is due in full 30 days prior to the scheduled program. A deposit of 50% is due upon contract signing.
    - Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to
    - Any cancellation made more than 30 business days prior to your scheduled program is subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
    - Any cancellations made less than 30 business days prior to your scheduled program is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
    - When the National Weather Service has issued a “Severe Weather Warning” and prohibited travel, this fee will be waived.

    Note: The only available livestock for off-site programs include chickens or lambs in season.
