Attendees will enjoy a free outdoor festival on the front lawn of Living History Farms. Interested in presenting your business to event attendees? Vendors are encouraged to bring information and samples, display products, or sell merchandise for attendees related to Iowa, the Midwest, food and/or farming. This is a family-friendly event, so please no selling or promotion of illegal or controversial products or services. Living History Farms reserves the right to reject any vendor who we believe does not contribute to the Food & Farm Festival theme or who does not meet the vendor requirements.
The event will run from 11am-9pm on Saturday, April 27, 2019, and 11am-5pm on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Vendor setup can begin as early at 8:45am and must be completed by 10am. Vendors may not tear down until after Festival hours at 5pm on Sunday, and tear down must be completed no later than 7pm on Sunday. Vendor booths must be staffed continuously throughout Festival hours. No overnight security provided.
Vendor booths will be 10’x10′, with the exception of food trucks. No water, electrical, or wifi is available on the Front Lawn Festival area. Limited numbers of tables, chairs, tent frames, and generators may be rented through Living History Farms’ event partner for additional fees, or may be supplied by the vendor. A Certificate of Insurance will be required to be provided. Additional information will be included in the Vendor Agreement.
