• No refund is given for a cancellation made less than 14 days prior to camp.
• Cancellations occurring at least 14 days prior to camp will be refunded the
purchase price less a $50 admin fee and must be submitted in writing to
adminasst@lhf.org.
• Cancellations by Living History Farms will be either rescheduled or refunded in full. Camps have a minimum number of participants to run. If a camp does not have enough participants to run, we will work with you to move
your reservation to another date, or provide a full refund if that is not possible.
• Weather cancellation decisions by LHF are made by 8am on the day of the program, and you will be notified by phone.
• If a camp runs as scheduled, no refund will be given for your absence.
• Changes to an existing reservation must be made at least 14 days prior to the camp and will be subject to availability.
