Living History Farms welcomes dogs to the museum any day of the season, and we’d love to see dogs and owners this Saturday! Bring your well-behaved pup to take a tractor cart ride over to the west side of the museum, and walk the trail and visit each of our three working farm sites in the morning. Then enjoy some fun canine-themed activities in the 1876 Town of Walnut Hill in the afternoon. At 3:00pm, head over to the ball field to catch the action in an 1870s rules baseball game.
Dogs must remain on a standard length, non-retractable leashes and must remain outside buildings and away from livestock.
This season we have removed the bleachers for baseball games. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to watch the game and spread out from other visitors.
