Take part in a 32-year old tradition at Living History Farms – Family Halloween! Families are welcomed into the 1875 town of Walnut Hill to enjoy safe, non-scary trick-or-treating at our historic businesses, take a horse-drawn wagon ride, and listen to enchanting storytellers. Try your hand at pumpkin bowling, witch broom races, and a scarecrow relay. Enter photos of you, your family, or your dog dressed up at the Farms into our new costume contest and you could win a prize! Living History Farms offers “teal pumpkins” stops for trick-or-treaters with allergies. Save money when you get your tickets in advance online.
Doggone Scary – bring your furry friend along (in costume!) for trick-or-treating. Get treats for your dog and take home a canine caricature.
