Tim Alberts

Tim Alberts is a Senior Regulatory Counsel for Kemin Industries, Inc., practicing primarily in regulatory affairs, intellectual property, and general business law.

Tim was born in Oakland, California, but moved to Des Moines when he was very young. He has lived here ever since, receiving both his undergraduate and law degrees from Drake University.

Tim and his wife, Brittany live in Clive. They have two boys with a third on the way. Tim is also actively involved on his church Council, and the Operations Committee for the Food Bank of Iowa. In their free time the family enjoys being outdoors, golfing, and watching any sporting event on television.
