Dave Austin

Dave Austin is a Senior IT Manager at Corteva Agriscience, with over 20 years of leadership experience with the company. He is committed to an innovative team culture fueled by transparency, collaboration, and continuous personal development.

Dave is originally from SW Wisconsin, where he grew up on a dairy farm and gained his lifelong commitment to agriculture. He received his B.S. degree in Agronomy from the University of Wisconsin. Dave moved to Iowa to pursue his master’s and PhD degrees in Plant Breeding and Genetics at Iowa State University, and he has made Iowa his home since.

Dave and his wife, Mindy, reside in Ankeny and are the proud parents of three adult children. He is passionate about photography and enjoys volunteering his skills for Lutheran Church of Hope and Living History Farms.
