Chris Nelson

Chris Nelson recently joined Holmes Murphy as their General Counsel. Prior to that, Chris was a shareholder with the Belin McCormick, P.C. Law Firm practicing primarily in the areas of corporate and general business law, intellectual property and business acquisitions and transactions.

Chris is originally from Des Moines. He attended the University of Iowa and the University of Michigan.

Chris and his wife, Liz reside in Clive, Iowa. After college, they chose to return to central Iowa because of the strong sense of community this region affords. Chris and Liz have two children. The Nelsons are active members in their church.
