Randi Marsh is the Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the International division of the Principal Financial Group. Her responsibilities include coordination and oversight of risk and actuarial functions throughout Latin American and Asia. Randi began her career at Principal in 2000 supporting their IPO process and establishing the Corporate Risk function.
Randi is originally from Illinois, where she grew up in Wilmette, just north of Chicago. She received her B.S. degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa in 1985. She also holds the designations of Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Association of Actuaries, and Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst.
Randi resides in Ankeny and has three 3 teenagers, Josh, Michael and Samantha. She also has 5 grown children and 10 grandchildren.
Randi has been an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America since 2000 and has been founding member of Maddie’s Circle since 2010. In her spare time, Randi enjoys entertaining her extended family, scrapbooking, volunteering at Camp Mitigwa and working in her yard.
