SCHEDULING YOUR PROGRAM
We're sorry, but you cannot schedule any of our educational program on-line at this time. Please call the Living History Farms Education Department at 515/278-5286 or email at educ@lhf.org to make your reservation. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Reservations must be made three weeks in advance. When you call or email, please provide the following:

• The tour or program you would like.
• Desired date (with alternatives).
• Anticipated arrival and departure times.
• Name of teacher in charge.
• Complete mailing address and telephone number
• grade and number of students
• any special needs of your students

WORRY FREE LUNCHES
(available May - October)

You get the students here and let us worry about their lunches! At your scheduled lunch time on the day of your field trip, your lunches will be waiting for you at the refreshment building. "Worry Free" lunch combo meals are available by reservation only with one week notice. Mix and match the meals so all your kids are happy. Payment for your tour and lunches can be with one check

Cost per meal: $3.75

• Combo #1: hot dog, chips, water (12 oz. bottle), cookie, & raisins
• Combo #2: cold ham and cheese, chips, water (12 oz. bottle), cookie, & raisins
• Combo #3: cold turkey and cheese, chips, water (12 oz. Bottle), cookie, & raisins
• Combo #4: peanut butter and jelly, chips, water (12 oz. bottle), cookie, & raisins
